Before delivery, our delivery staff will call the customer first to confirm the floor and whether delivery via stairs (including going down stairs, such as to the basement) is required. If the customer chooses delivery via stairs by the delivery staff, the additional fee must be paid directly to the delivery staff. Overseas Regions

We provide overseas delivery services, but the shipping cost will be quoted separately based on different products and delivery regions. Overseas buyers are kindly requested to contact the Customer Service Department by calling +852 5440 9813 or emailing info@biofuture-greenstore.com for relevant details before placing an order.

We regret to inform you that delivery to the following countries and regions is not available: the European Union, Singapore, Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), and Macao (China). For information on local distributors and purchasing channels, please contact our sales representatives.

Customs Clearance Notes

• Import duties and all other incidental fees shall be borne by the buyer.

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas purchases. Please carefully confirm the product specifications and dimensions before placing an order.

• The buyer must comply with the import regulations and restrictions (such as prohibited items) of the receiving country (region); otherwise, the buyer shall be solely responsible for any related legal issues. The user shall ensure that the purchased products comply with the import control requirements of the destination country/region. The user shall bear full responsibility for any losses caused by violating the import regulations.

Delivery Time

Products will be shipped within 7-14 working days after order confirmation and payment (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

How to Change the Delivery Address?

You can select "Deliver to a different address" under the billing address column on the checkout page and enter the recipient's information. Currently, each order can only be delivered to a single address. If you need to deliver products to different addresses, please create a separate order for each delivery address.

Do I Need to Sign for the Parcel?

To protect the customer's interests, the customer is required to sign for the parcel.

Promotion Code

During the promotion period, after selecting your favorite products, click "View All" in the shopping cart and enter the promotion code to enjoy the discount. You can check the discount you have enjoyed on the shopping list, and then proceed to complete the checkout process to confirm the order.
