Sales and Return Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at Biofuture GreenStore.

1. If any electronic product or its accessories malfunctions, please bring the sales invoice or receipt to apply for replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods; our company shall not be liable for damages caused by human negligence.

2. Exemption from Replacement Guidelines for Electronic Products: Under the following conditions, electronic products sold by our company will not be eligible for replacement:

• Damages caused by failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions in the manual;

• Human-induced damage, collision, improper installation or operation damage caused by any reason (including accidents);

• Problems and malfunctions arising from self-disassembly, or repairs and parts replacement not authorized by our company;

• Component failure caused by improper input voltage;

• Dissatisfaction with non-product quality issues (such as dissatisfaction with product color, appearance, shape, etc.);

• Damages caused by storing the product in a high-temperature or humid environment, or submerging it in water (such as water, coffee, beverages, etc.).

3. No replacement or refund will be provided for other products.

4. Products with self-carried warranty conditions are subject to separate terms. For detailed terms, please contact our company directly for inquiry.

5. All replacement applications must first be inspected by our company on the involved products before replacement can be arranged.

6. The product to be replaced must be returned together with the complete packaging, accessories, manual, warranty card or original attachments.

7. If a customer changes their mind after confirming the order or does not want to purchase the product due to personal preferences, they shall not request replacement or refund.

8. The selling price of paid products is confirmed and will not be reduced due to subsequent market conditions, special promotions, discounts or other reasons. If the price is obviously abnormal due to system or human error, the website has the right to cancel the relevant order and refund the paid amount.

9. The Chinese version is for reference only. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

10. Our company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty without prior notice.

11. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Biofuture Laboratory Limited shall have the final decision-making power and the final interpretation right of these provisions.
